Healthy Natural Pregnancy: Natural cures to Heartburn

Hi there,

Hope all is well with you as I write this quick note.

I just want to share something quickly with you because I want to help some of you reading this that might be pregger.

If you are pregnant you are probably experiencing or will soon experience some heartburn.

It's common to reach for some Tums but did you know that a cup of milk is what you need?
Toms have antacid, that's the property that helps relieve your heartburns. It turns out that a cup of milk will provide you the same benefit, naturally.

So instead of  you can simply reach for a cup of milk!

You can also eat a yogurt, or a bananas or increase your dietary fiber intake.
